The marketplace allows sellers to manage product listings, receive customer orders, and communicate with buyers.
Free URL Submit provides the technology and platform infrastructure but does not manufacture, own, store, or directly sell products listed by sellers unless specifically stated otherwise.
2. Seller Eligibility
To become a marketplace seller, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into an agreement.
You provide accurate business and account information.
You have the authority to sell the products you list.
Your products comply with applicable laws and regulations.
You agree to follow Free URL Submit marketplace policies.
Free URL Submit may request additional verification information before approving or continuing marketplace access.
3. Seller Store Access
Marketplace store features may be available to eligible Premium Lifetime members or other approved seller accounts.
Seller access may include features such as:
Creating a storefront.
Adding and managing products.
Receiving customer orders.
Managing inventory.
Viewing sales information.
Managing seller account settings.
Free URL Submit reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend, or remove marketplace features when necessary.
4. Seller Product Responsibilities
Sellers are fully responsible for all products, services, and information they publish on the marketplace.
Sellers must ensure that:

Prices are correct and clearly displayed.
Inventory availability is maintained.
Products comply with applicable laws.
Products do not violate intellectual property rights.
Free URL Submit does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, availability, or legality of seller products.
5. Orders and Customer Service
Sellers are responsible for fulfilling customer orders received through their marketplace store.
Seller responsibilities include:
Processing orders promptly.
Providing accurate delivery information.
Communicating with buyers when necessary.
Handling product-related questions.
Resolving customer issues related to their products.
Free URL Submit may assist with platform-related issues but is not responsible for seller fulfillment obligations.
6. Marketplace Commission
Free URL Submit charges sellers a marketplace commission for successful product sales completed through the platform.
The current marketplace commission rate is:
7% of the successful transaction amount.
The commission helps support marketplace operations, platform maintenance, payment processing, security, and service development.
Free URL Submit reserves the right to update commission rates in the future. Changes will be communicated before applying to future transactions.
7. Seller Earnings and Withdrawals
Seller earnings become available for withdrawal after:
The order has been successfully completed.
The buyer refund period has passed.
No active dispute or payment issue exists.
The transaction has been verified.
Eligible earnings may be withdrawn according to Free URL Submit withdrawal procedures.
Withdrawal processing generally takes approximately 2–3 business days after approval, depending on payment providers and financial institutions.
Free URL Submit may delay withdrawals when additional verification, dispute review, fraud prevention, or legal requirements apply.
8. Refunds and Customer Disputes
Sellers are responsible for handling refund requests related to their products according to marketplace policies and applicable laws.
Free URL Submit may assist with disputes to maintain marketplace safety and fairness.
Transactions affected by refunds, chargebacks, or disputes may result in adjusted seller earnings.
9. Seller Payments and Taxes
Sellers are responsible for:
Understanding their tax obligations.
Reporting income received from marketplace sales.
Complying with applicable business regulations.
Free URL Submit does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.
10. Prohibited Seller Activities
Sellers may not:
Sell illegal products.
Sell counterfeit or unauthorized goods.
Create misleading product information.
Manipulate reviews or ratings.
Attempt fraudulent transactions.
Use the marketplace for prohibited activities.

11. Seller Content License

12. Marketplace Platform Role
Free URL Submit provides marketplace technology and tools that connect sellers and buyers.
Free URL Submit does not guarantee:
Sales volume.
Customer demand.
Business revenue.
Product success.
Marketplace success depends on many factors including product quality, pricing, customer service, and market conditions.
13. Suspension and Termination
Free URL Submit may suspend or terminate seller access if a seller:
Violates this Agreement.
Provides false information.
Lists prohibited products.
Creates risks for buyers or the platform.
Engages in fraudulent activity.
14. Changes to This Agreement
