Marketplace Commission & Withdrawal Policy

Marketplace Commission & Withdrawal Policy

Last Updated: July 31, 2026

This Marketplace Commission & Withdrawal Policy explains how Free URL Submit calculates marketplace fees, processes seller earnings, and manages withdrawals for products sold through the Free URL Submit Marketplace.

This policy applies to approved marketplace sellers who sell products through their Free URL Submit store.

By using marketplace seller features, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the commission and withdrawal procedures described in this policy.

1. Marketplace Commission Overview

Free URL Submit operates a marketplace platform that allows approved sellers to offer products to customers through their own online stores.

To support marketplace operations, platform maintenance, payment processing, security, and continued development, Free URL Submit charges a commission fee on successful marketplace transactions.

The current marketplace commission rate is:

7% of the successful product sale amount.

2. How Commission Is Calculated

The marketplace commission is calculated from the completed product transaction amount.

Example:

  • Product sale price: $100
  • Marketplace commission (7%): $7
  • Seller earnings after commission: $93

Any applicable payment processing fees, taxes, currency conversion costs, or third-party financial service charges may affect the final amount received by the seller depending on the payment method used.

3. Successful Transactions

A transaction is considered successful when:

  • The customer has completed payment.
  • The order has been accepted and processed.
  • No active refund request, dispute, or payment issue exists.
  • The transaction has passed necessary verification checks.

Only successful completed transactions are eligible for seller earnings calculation.

4. Seller Earnings Balance

Seller earnings may appear as pending until the transaction has completed the required review period.

Pending earnings may be held to:

  • Allow time for buyer refund requests.
  • Review possible disputes.
  • Protect buyers, sellers, and the marketplace.
  • Complete payment verification.

Free URL Submit may delay the release of earnings when additional review is required.

5. Withdrawal Eligibility

Sellers may request withdrawals when earnings become available.

Withdrawals are generally available after:

  • The order has been completed successfully.
  • The buyer refund period has passed.
  • No unresolved dispute exists.
  • The seller account remains in good standing.

Free URL Submit reserves the right to delay withdrawals when necessary to complete verification, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved seller withdrawals are generally processed within:

2–3 business days.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Payment providers.
  • Bank processing times.
  • International payment networks.
  • Currency conversion processes.

Free URL Submit is not responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions or payment providers.

7. Seller Payment Information

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate withdrawal information.

Sellers must ensure:

  • Payment account information is correct.
  • The payment account belongs to the seller or authorized business representative.
  • Required verification information is provided when requested.

Free URL Submit is not responsible for failed withdrawals caused by incorrect seller-provided payment information.

8. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes

If a transaction is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or reversed, seller earnings may be adjusted accordingly.

Possible adjustments include:

  • Deduction of refunded amounts.
  • Reversal of previously credited earnings.
  • Temporary withholding of available balances.

Free URL Submit may take reasonable action to protect buyers, sellers, and marketplace integrity.

9. Negative Seller Balances

In certain circumstances, a seller account may have a negative balance due to:

  • Customer refunds.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Payment reversals.
  • Fraud-related adjustments.

Sellers may be required to resolve negative balances before additional withdrawals or marketplace activities are permitted.

10. Taxes and Financial Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax, reporting, and financial obligations related to marketplace sales.

Free URL Submit does not provide tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Sellers should consult appropriate professional advisors regarding their obligations.

11. Commission Changes

Free URL Submit may update marketplace commission rates, withdrawal procedures, or related financial policies as the platform develops.

Changes will be communicated before applying to future transactions unless immediate action is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Completed transactions before a commission change will generally remain subject to the previous applicable rate.

12. Account Review and Payment Security

Free URL Submit may review seller accounts and transactions to maintain marketplace safety and prevent misuse.

Reviews may include:

  • Transaction verification.
  • Seller identity verification.
  • Payment activity review.
  • Fraud prevention checks.
