Important Conditions for Free Listing Approval

Free Listings are intended for early-stage or lesser-known businesses that actively engage with our platform. Submitting a listing without participation may result in rejection or removal.

Main Approval Requirements

1. Social Media Support

You must complete both of the following:

• Follow us on: Instagram and Facebook (and also like our Facebook page)
• Follow us on: X (Twitter)

2. Verification by Email

After completing the social media requirements, please email us at:

Your email must include:

• Your business name
• Your listing title
• Links or screenshots confirming your social media actions

Once verified, your listing will be approved within 1–3 business days and activated for a 30-day Free Listing period.

Post-Approval Requirement

3. Listing Promotion

After approval, you must share your listing on your social media accounts (post or story). This helps increase visibility for your business and supports the growth of the platform.

After the 30-Day Free Listing Period

• Your listing will be automatically archived
• Archived listings are no longer publicly visible
• Listing data is retained temporarily

Listings remain archived for 3 days. During this time, you may upgrade to a Paid Listing (Starter or Premium).

If no upgrade is completed, the listing space may be reassigned and data may be permanently removed.

General Free Listing Requirements

• Maximum 2 images (logo and banner)
• Maximum total size: 500 KB
• No videos
• No external links (URLs) in descriptions
• A relevant business category is required
• Only one brand per Free Listing

Categories Not Eligible for Free Listing

• Tour and travel services
• Events (tickets, concerts, festivals)
• SEO, marketing, and digital agencies
• Hosting providers and SaaS services
• Job vacancies and recruitment services
• Hotels, apartments, and property (Real-Estate listings)
• Pharmacy, Medicines, Medical Devices and Body & Facial Care.
• Individual professional services (lawyers, doctors, consultants, artists, celebrity)

How long is the Free Listing active?

The Free Listing is active for 30 days from the approval date.

Can I extend my Free Listing?

No. Free Listings do not renew automatically. You may upgrade to a paid plan to continue your listing.

Will my listing be deleted after expiration?

No. Listings are archived for 3 days before permanent removal, allowing time for an upgrade.

Why are some categories excluded from Free Listings?

High-demand and resource-intensive categories require paid plans to ensure platform quality and fairness.
